Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation.
  • All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact.
  • All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
  • A return authorization must be requested before sending back any product.
  • Custom or special-order items are non-returnable.

  • Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective:
  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Take clear photos of the damage, packaging, and product label.

  • We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the situation.

  • Consumables and parts (e.g., filters, gaskets) unless defective
