Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation.
All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact.
All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
A return authorization must be requested before sending back any product.
Custom or special-order items are non-returnable.
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Take clear photos of the damage, packaging, and product label.
Email the images along with your order details email to at: info@avnt.co.in
We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the situation.
